As we approach the end of the financial year, I wanted to reach out to you on behalf of HealthServe Australia to highlight some of the important projects we have been working on, and to ask for your continued support.
Donate to our End of Financial Year Appeal
Thanks to you, we have been able to make a real difference in the lives of people in need all over the world overseas. This year, we have three key projects that we are seeking urgent donations to fund:
- Healthy Planet Indonesia dental program: In partnership with local communities in Indonesia, we have been working to improve access to dental care for people living in remote and disadvantaged areas. This program provides education, training, and equipment to local health workers, as well as direct treatment to those in need.
- PICCSI program: The Pacific Island Cervical Screening Initiative (PICCSI) program aims to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer in the Pacific region through increased access to screening and treatment. We have been working with local partners in Fiji and Papua New Guinea to implement this program, which has already helped to save countless lives.
- Tanna Island Cyclone Relief program: In March of this year, Cyclone Ana swept through Tanna Island in Vanuatu, causing extensive damage to homes, schools, and infrastructure. Our relief program is seeking to provide much-needed support to the people of Tanna Island, including emergency supplies, shelter, and medical aid.

In addition to these projects, we also continue to support our ongoing Ukraine Appeal, which provides essential medical aid and supplies to people affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
We are also excited to have been granted PBI status, which means that all donations to HealthServe are now tax deductible, including donations to administration.
