Ukraine Appeal

About the campaign
The ongoing war in Ukraine has created a deep and lasting humanitarian crisis, leaving millions in urgent need of medical support. Since the conflict began, ICMDA (International Christian Medical and Dental Association) has been working closely with the Christian Medical Association of Ukraine (CMAU) to equip doctors and healthcare workers with essential medical supplies.
Through the generosity of Christian doctors, charities, and corporate donors more than 150 lorry loads of medical equipment, drugs, and consumables—valued at over $14 million—to over 300 hospitals, clinics, churches, and paramedical units across Ukraine. These shipments include lifesaving anaesthetic machines, patient monitors, hospital beds, medical backpacks for frontline paramedics, and critical supplies donated by pharmaceutical companies, NHS trusts, and logistics partners.
Despite these efforts, the need remains urgent. ICMDA continues to send two lorries per month of donated supplies, but additional funding is needed. It costs $5,000 per lorry to transport these critical shipments, and we aim to send at least 25 more lorry loads this year. Your support will ensure that hospitals and healthcare workers in Ukraine receive the vital resources they need to save lives.
Your donation is powerful:
- For $100, you can contribute to a tank of petrol
- For $1000, you’ll provide a container of live-saving supplies
- For $5000, you can fund an entire lorry, which transports these critical shipments to the frontlines
Donations to this appeal are tax deductible.
Please give generously.
